Contact our support, send your ID (you can see it in section “Setting”). For the time of the trade ban, the removal of items from your inventory will be suspended.

The items store in inventory for 24 hours. The reason of the limit is that fact, that technically we can not store items on bots more than the specified time. Therefore, skins that were not withdrawn in specified period of time are removed from the bots and from the inventory and they can not be returned. This information is indicated in your account in section “Inventory” and in Terms and Conditions of the site.

In some cases, there may be delays in the receipt of funds on the balance after payment, if the payment gateway processes the payment for a long time. In this case, we recommend waiting for a while. If funds were withdrawn from your personal account, but they haven't come to your account on the site for a long time, contact our support, send your ID (it is specified in section “Setting”) and a screenshot of the receipt of payment. You will be certainly helped in solving this problem.

To ensure a real and fair randomization, cases must always contain all items that are listed in their description. Error of case opening may arise if the bot did not have a time to buy items needed for this case, or some of them are absent on the market. We recommend to try to open the case later.

The price of items in cases is defined as the maximum selling price of these items on Steam market in the last 2 weeks. The actual price range for a particular item you can see in case, if you point the mouse at the price of it.

To sell the item or the game you should go to your Inventory, choose the needed item and click "Sell". Funds for the sold item will go to your balance in the form of bonuses.

At the expense of bonuses you can buy and open cases without new investments. They are charged for doing achievements and moving to the next level. More detailed information in which cases you can get bonuses, You can see in sections “Achievements” and “Levels”.

Choose needed case and klick "Buy case for bonuses".

Experience points are needed to move to a new level, for which you will receive bonuses or free cases. Table of levels and your current experience points you can see in the section “Levels”.

Upsale or function "Attrack luck" give the chance to raise chance of drop of needed item from a case for an additional payment. To use the option, choose the needed case and click the "Attract luck". Next, choose an additional chance of drop and what you want to receive. Also you can just click on the needed item in the case and the upsale will be automatically applied.

To activate the discount coupon, select the necessary case and click "Have a discount coupon?". Then in the opened field enter the coupon and click "Apply".

The promocode must be activated on the site in the Promo-Box category. To do this, enter the promocode in the required field and click the button with the cost of the product for purchase. Please note that the promocode allows you to purchase a product from the Promo-Box category at a special price indicated on the product. It does not give the product for free.

Contact our support, write your ID (it is specified in your account in section “Setting”) and the name of case with the game, the key of which you need. After that the key will be sent to your email.
